News: Watchfinder Competition Winner Announced

Earlier this month, Dr. Rupal Patel was picked as the winner of Watchfinder’s regular competition to win a premium watch. She went to the exclusive new boutique at Canary Wharf, London to receive her Rolex Datejust, where she was presented with her watch by Assistant Manager Amy Falco.
Rolex debuted the first Datejust in 1945. Already a well-established brand by that point (having been founded in 1905), Rolex introduced something new and revolutionary to the world of watchmaking: a self-winding date function. The Datejust, named for its innovative new complication, boasted a discreet window at 3 o’clock that displayed the automatically changing day of the month, and offered all the same precision and quality the world had come to expect from Rolex. It went on to be a staple of the brand’s collection.
